The Creek – Quebec Street and First Avenue

Concert render The corner of First and Quebec has been a cleared site for quite a while. Onni are building Central and Block 100 across the street, Bosa have Lido and Cressey are well on the way with Meccanica on the opposite corner. Now Concert Properties are lining up their rezoning for five buildings (expected to be phased, maybe in three phases). One building is non-market to be owned by the City of Vancouver, and unlike earlier South East False Creek non-market buildings this one will have family sized units. The whole project looks as if it will have around 650 units as currently envisaged, and Rafii Architects are responsible for the design. There’s a new park as well as part of the overall plan.
