Karis Place

The second Mennonite Housing Society project in Downtown South, across the lane from Kindred Place, completed in 2009. Karis Place was completed in mid 2011 on Seymour Street. It’s in addition to the 12 sites provided by the City of Vancouver for development with funds from BC Housing to ease homelessness and improve the housing options for low income residents. Like Kindred Place it was designed by Neale Staniszkis Doll Adams.
